*Got an estimate-$1,500.-$2,500. They came out to a 2700sq ft home and put equipment not needed while I was recuperating from medical issues and on pain meds. I was bedridden they were even answering my door. Manager sees an easy mark and precedes to put a system for an 8000 sq ft home! Max has been for $7500 in TEXAS as i was told by corporate. So sorry for mistake-they fired MONTE and transferred him to Florida! Still they want $3000. more for a system that has not worked as they were to come back and remove all but basics. I was told I would get over $6000. refund. Lady comes out tries to get mrs to sign paper that she completed work and she promises to come out on her time and weekends to complete. I refuse both offers. Next thing I no one will take my calls letters are returned all while I get collector_ADT calling day and night. They know system never completed or even online. I told them as I was under heavy meds and they lied no court of law will enforce their contract(I have doc prove). Now they are threading to ruin my credit if I don't pay $3000. for all the equipment I never approved or if I pay 75% of $3000. they will let me be BUSINESS TERMINATED! It was never even started and they ALL know that. Fresno Protect Your Home is in on FRAUD, too. Leslie from FRESNO office is involved in cover up as well SEAN NOLTING(Funding Resolution Specialist) Indianapolis, IN who presented to be of help from May 2014-Oct. 2014 and then blocked me e-mails and phone calls. Please help-no one should have to go through this. I wish I had investigated the local office before I ever called them.
