In February my credit card was charged $4.99 from RN *REALPLAYER HELP.REAL.COMWA. I had to cancel my card and get a new one.Today (in March 2015) my new card number was charged for 4.99. Realplayer is one of the first internet streaming media programs, and in my opinion Real has been making unauthorized charges to unsuspecting victims since day one. To give you an idea of how much I dislike Real, the last time I had anything to do with their software was on my Windows 98 PC. In my experience the company has used suspect marketing ploys and has a history of unnecessarily tracking users, and installing third party software. I have not purchased anything from this company and this is a fraudulent charge! Here are some telephone numbers to call: 866-212-1343, 866-585-4541 and here is an article you might consider relevant. http://www.networkworld.com/article/2287578/lan-wan/mystery-of-realplayer-exploit--hijacked-ad-server-unfolds.html
