Nightmare on Elm Street.....Scammed! Believed, wanted to Believe! Personal Loan offered in the amount of $7,000 @ 6% interest rate. Too good to be true!

Dealt with Mr. N. Grey for starters who promised me the Moon, Stars and Sun. He knew I was excited about the prospect of paying off my car note which I currently pay 17% interest as well as lowering my monthly payments. I have to admit that I was very apprehensive and felt this was all "too good to be true". Well, let me tell EVERYONE first hand.....it was!

Ran around to the Library because I didn't have a printer at my house. Paid for copies of the Loan Summary Statement. Then ran to Fax everything to Mr. Grey and onto the grocery store to "Western Union" everything.

I take full responsibility for my stupidity in falling for this SCAM and was also advised to wire the payment to some lady in Spain. Mr. Grey made sure he reiterated several times in our telephone conversation that they might ask me at the counter "if I know the person that I'm wiring the money to" and to "be sure to say that yes I did or they would probably talk me out of sending it advising I'm being scammed". The woman behind the counter actually did ask me, and like a DUMB ASS I said, "yes, I know the person this is being wired to".

So I basically put the final nail in my own COFFIN. With all of the running around and extra costs now behind me, I couldn't wait for the next day or two to arrive to pay off my car note and take care of a few small odds and ends with the cash.

But no, I wake up to a voice mail by a Mr. David Nelson (probably not even his real name) advising me that I need to send an additional amount roughly as what I had sent the day before because there were some problems with the loan.

Needless to say, I damn near went off the deep end. I had just sent almost my ENTIRE check to him the day before and said #1 this clearly is just not right. Secondly, I have no more money to send and wouldn't sent it anyway.

Requested he void my loan contract immediately and rewire my funds back to me and/or my checking account. Explained I'm on a fixed income and that part of that $$$ was for my rent. I need it back ASAP!

Mr. Nelson advises me he cannot send it back to me right now.....possibly December 1st at the earliest. I thought I was going to throw up or faint, whichever came first.

Mr. Nelson had no regard for me and there was a CONSTANT beeping during our conversation at which time I asked if he was recording what was being said. His response, "no, that's just my Blackberry going off". Really, I advised him that if I'm such a priority as "his customer" he needs to SHUT IT OFF as common courtesy. I went on to ask him if all of his bills were going to be paid on time this month. He shut me down and said I was getting off topic.

He did go on to say at the end of our conversation.....out of the shear "goodness" of his heart, that he would add an additional $100.00 to my amount when he returns it for the time, expense and aggravation that I had incurred. Wow, lucky me!

The whole lot of them, including the chick's name that I had to reference in SPAIN are probably sitting drinking on a beach somewhere with all of OUR MONEY laughing at just how stupid we are. I hope I live long enough to see ALL of MY MONEY back before I croak.

I thought my battling Breast Cancer was tough.....but this just might take first place. I'm not in remission and stressed out enough only to have some SCUMBAGS take my money. I have a little over $100.00 in my account with no bills paid and very little food in the house. Won't see any more $$$ until 12/3/2011. I'll probably be living in a TENT by then foraging for food in the wilderness along with my DOG.

May 11/11/11 bring all of you SCUMBAGS some real unfortunate luck in your lives until you make good and RETURN EVERYONE THEIR MONEY!
