I order DVD about healing pelvic pain, I trust in this site and I make big mistake they never sent purchased DVD, I request refund they promise me but they never make refund and they ignore my mails.

I just got a refund for the DVD which I never received, the real culprit is the postal service, I recommend the cooperation with this store
