Sent of for a 14 day free trial , received my 2 products. Payed my post & packages like told just under 10 pound only to discover i had two payments one for 84.95 pound and 79.95 pound taken out of my account without my knowledge. I got in touch with the company only to be told that in the small print it was a months supply and that if u didnt fone and cancel within the 14 days therefore u had agreed to sign up for a programme of which I had known nothin about. They have only refunded me 1 payment back but I can't get my other 1 refunded, there email is support@no2 surge.co.uk telefone 08442481894. Please be careful as I have been told I am 1 of many this has happened to.
