I signed up for what I thought was going to a free trial for the wrinkles cream and luxoderm cream having to pay the shipping costs. It was charged to a credit card (4.78).

When you receive the shipment, there are two bottles of each cream and no mention of the cost associated with it but apparently in the very small print at the bottom that you have 15 days to return the product if not satisfied or you are in a monthly membership which you will be billed $139.90 and 99.90.

When I received my credit card statement in January, I saw the above charges. I notified my credit card company and told them that I have not authorized those charges. I am on my second dispute of credit card charges.

On February 14th I contact the above company informing that I wanted to return the skin creams. The representative informed me that I had enrolled in a monthly renewal with my first trial shipment in December and that I could not return the creams. That his computer would not allow for a Return Authorization. I told the representative that I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau but they didn't seem to care. I kept insisting on asking for a Return Authorization but all they wanted to do was give me 35 percent off the last shipment. I said no way, I want to return to the merchandize. I asked to speak with his supervisor but he indicated there was no supervisor present. The representative said that he would have the supervisor call me. I have yet to receive a phone call.

I am working closely with my credit card company to dispute the charges.
