Sent for a free trial on the 8th February paid postage and package face cream arrived on 20th February was told I had a 15 day trial used the cream on the 22nd & 23rd but broke out rash called to cancel the trial ON THE 25th February however they had already taken £89 from my account on the 22nd of February I called to complain and was informed that my free trial started on the day I signed up for the free trial so in reality I did not even get 24 hours free trial I have been offered £63 refund but I feel I am due to a full refund as I did not get my 15 days free trial I also had to sign for the cream there for there should be proof from the post office confirming when the cream arrived
