I sent 2 western union payments one for $500 and another for $400 to cover the shipment charges for tires sold to Mark Whittemoore. Mark Supposedly sent the money that would cover the shipment cost in addition to the purchase price to my Paypal account that turned out to be good copy of Paypal. When I called paypal there was no money in my account. Paypal has no record of any money being transferred to my account.
