I called direct TV Sept. 28th 2011 to cancel my service in just about 4 months because of reception going out very often, and because of having to watch for my bill to see what drummed up charges were added and to get them removed. They said to write a letter which I did Sept. 30th 2011 and also cancelled my card with them. more than a month later Nov. 8th 2011 they charged a $356.00 cancellation fee to the card that was cancelled. they kept the number anyway! I called and spoke to a customer service rep. and told him that I would stop anyone I knew from doing business with them and he laughed. They need to be stopped. I am now out $356.00 scammed Nov. 8th 2011
