Received my monthly bill from 02 with a £30 charge from safari services WHO!!! 02 gave me their number and I rang. Three times an answer machine asked me to leave my details and they would get back to me. Two days later a female operator told me that I had entered a competion 5 times (within 2 minutes) I insisted that I had NOT entered any competions but she was not interested in my complaint. I asked to speak to a manager but she replied”She’s busy”
It scares the hell out of me to think that I was scammed
and had no idea. Something must be done to STOP this.
