The company falsely used Ellen DeGeneres' face to endorse these products. The ad stated free sample jars of Ayur cream and Wrinkless cream. I submitted my credit card # to pay shippings costs for the trial samples. My account was charged $4.95 and $2.45 respectively. Shortly after, my account was charged 0n 1/23 for $99.90 and on 1/24 for $139.90 without my authorization. I called Aloevella's customer service and spoke with a rep (Doug) who informed me that I had enrolled in an automatic shipping service program which I had no knowledge of and I immediately had him cancel. There was no mention of an automatic monthly billing to my credit card when I agreed to the promo offer. I declined the offer to return the products to get any kind of refund, and I asked him to credit my account for the total amount. I reported this to Discover Card, and they are currently disputing these charges.
