I ordered a cream on a "free trial" on which I had to pay for shipping. They then charged an additional $49.95 for another cream that needed to be used along with the free cream -- for best results. No price was shown, so I placed it in the cart, thinking I would remove it if I didn't like the price. But by clicking on the cart, I bought it!! I called back immediately and they said they have a "ZERO cancellation policy". Long story follows.
