My first time on Bid Rack they wanted to know some info. Phase one name and E-mail,phase two ,address, and the credit card number info. I thought it was strange to ask this info.,but then I thought it was just case I would win the bid they would have the info. the next day there was a $99.00 charge on my on line bank statement. After much searching I found their telephone number and called them. the informed me they had a no money back policy and couldn't give me back my money. They are a true scan company.

You're definitley NOT alone. Its a shame that Bidrack hasn't changed their methods for scamming all this time, its still the same ol' same ol'. Sorry you got scammed, but DON'T GIVE UP! This is just the first step. Complain to the BBB & IC3 & post warnings on FB or Twitter & YOU CAN get your money back. Contact your bank & explain the scam to them, if they say you signed up & can't help you get your refund, then tell them about this website, send them a link & show them that Bidrack is in a class action law suit because THEY ARE SCAMS! They, by law, HAVE to help you get your money back. When they do the researching for you (as they should, being their YOUR bank) Bidrack is charged fees for the process, its not much but its a start. Don't give up, you can fight them like all of us here, k? & keep us posted!
