Purchased 2 free trial products. I buy online a lot so know how it works. No delivery note with item stating return proedcure or even a return address (just a shipped from address). I went awaw on holiday and last week £150 was taken from my account. I researched online to discover that they intend to charge me this each month. I called them (no number on any of their websites, I had to try to sign up for another trial to find a phone number) and they said they can cancel the future orders but could not refund me for the trials. I said, i can return the items, they said not if they have been opened. I asked them to clarify how I could try something without opening it?
They offered me 3 free products in lieu of a refund. I don't want these items. i want my money back .
