We too apparently rec. the pop-up and immediately got a person who would help us to the tune of $200 and for $39.95 a month would help us keep the computer free of spam and trash. When I got the website on the other computer it said the diagnosis was offered free. We already have paid the 200 dollars. We are not computer literate and are both in our late 70's.
