I ordered an unlock cell phone service & paid then was told I needed to pay more bc my phone was "blacklisted" (which was untrue). I went ahead and paid since I was informed I needed to pay more or just get credit for the previous $-no refund is offered or given. Then I was told it could take up to 25 days....however I saw reviews that ppl had the same phone, service...& had their phones unlocked but I later realized these were fakes reviews. I couldn't get a response or make contact with anyone. At the beginning I would get a short response- check the status page but soon they stopped replying and u can NEVER REACH them by phone!! I was also notified by my bank they tried to charge my credit card a $1.00 4 months after the first payments- they were probably trying to scam more $ out of me!!! I made a bad review on TrustPilot & they asked it be review so it was taken off temporarily saying I was NEVER a customer! I had taken screen shots of my order and emails to them before my review! Don't go by TRUSTPILOT THOSE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. This company is a fake A SCAM AND DONT EVER USE I WISH I NEVER DID!!!
