I requested for birth certificate of my wife Denise Boston on 12.11.2014 online the sum of 72.95usd was deducted from my card account, i later cancelled the transaction the second day due to some logistic problem in their operation then the sum of 53.00usd was refunded into my card account since then they have been debiting my account with 7.95usd every month. The first debit was on 12.18.2014 with details 7541823451012352165552 RECURRING another one on 01.20.2015 details 75418235017013043528680 RECURRING lastly yesterday 02.17.2014. This request was made through DAYTON OHIO birth records.
