i have made a transaction with a person named as Zlaura and he committed me to free ship the goods to Pakistan and i will transfer a 474 USD to him via TT Transfer and after that neither he has responded nor he replied i want to ask is there any judicial authority that can check this kind of scamers and fraudulent peoples

The supplier has contacted me and my issue is being resolved and now i didn't have any issue with hongkong heinz or any other person of the company i am tahkfull to scam book and thier team. and requesting to you to kindly remove my complaint
