This was ordered online and was supposed to be a free samples with the only charge being for the shipping of the products! I was not made aware of any further charge being made to my Master Card account. I was not made aware of a 14 day trial period in which I could cancel this so called free trial product. The company I believe is in Florida and I am in Canada it took more than 14 days for me to receieve the product in the first place. I phoned them & got cancellation numbers for both the products & no further charge should be forth coming but I am now out the $225.00.
The products are Pristine Dermal Care & Juventa eye care. They advertise these free samples on Facebook. Telephone numbers are 1-888-447-6613 & 1-877-305-6088. The company should be more specific on there advertisement as this not a free trial sample they are giving away.
