I signed up for the 3 day trial in attempt to find investors for a project. Had no luck, but I was fin with that. I called to cancel before the trial ended and the lady on the line offered me a free upgrade for a month. That's the only reason I agreed to it, figured I'd have a month to try to reach investors. That conversation took place only earlier this month. It's the 13th now and I got a $99 charge. I called to ask someone about it and a lady answered. I gave her my name and information and told her the problem and she listened. Then when I explained to her what I was told she somehow claimed she was the one who talked to me before and that she didn't say that. If I wanted to pay $99 I wouldn't have called to request to cancel from the beginning. And she said that I cannot get a refund back. So basically the site just took my money when I hadn't even used it in over a week after that first couple of days of the upgrade. And no investors even replied to my messages so I got jacked out of $99. Will not be suggesting that site to any friends trying to start a business. I'll actually be persuading them away from signing up because it's a scam!
