I ordered some candle holders as decoration for my upcoming wedding. They were great at communicating to get the money. I, initially, contacted them from Alibaba before the end of 2014. I told them that I would be going on vacation and won't be back till after the new year. They reached out to me again after the new year for the payment of the decorations. Once I've transferred the money, I never heard back from them. I've emailed them several times and called the phone number listed on their website, but they intentionally turned off their phone.
