  • hi I also ordered boots from officialsuggsale.com and they took £66.99 from my account and i received no goods for my money. After contacting them by email they urged me to accept another parcel which i refused and asked for a full refund. They told me the refund procedure was very complicated and they have now stopped replying to my emails! I contacted my bank and explained the situation and they credited my account for the full sum as my credit card was insured against this type of scam. Hope this gives you hope in getting your money back.
