This is the email received from PrisonerConnect.com on 1/29/2015, however, I have not heard anything since. I tried logging into their website with the username and password I registered with but it is telling me they do not recognize my information. I even received a ticket #. I will call the telephone number provided to me and if no response I will then dispute the charges with my bank. Good Luck to the rest of you.
