They sent me 5 braces marked " X L", however , they are ridiculously small, see photos attached .
Very simply, the product needs to be changed w s correct y sized product. Pls see picts w. Rationale for sending them:

Pict showing brace on top of shirt Pls note that my index finger is pointed at shoulder seam and my thi points to th corresponding edge of brace ( approx 7". Too narrow. / side x 2 sides = approx 14" / brace too narrow
Pict shows my attempt to put it on . Look at it on my back - it's nuts!
Pls advise if the company can make me a proper fitting one . I have no idea of what to do w the races , but certainly do not expect a charge for anything .
