They sent me 5 braces marked " X L", however , they are ridiculously small, see photos attached .

Very simply, the product needs to be changed w s correct y sized product. Pls see picts w. Rationale for sending them:

Pls advise if the company can make me a proper fitting one . I have no idea of what to do w the races , but certainly do not expect a charge for anything .
