I called there number 888-896-4942 they said I had signed up to there ask a Doctor a Question Web Site. RBW Services, also know as Slender Diet MD. I have never been to there Site. I called their number and canceled my "account" with them. Then I called back and spoke to a the representative she started a script but I interrupted her saying I had already researched the company and reviewed the complaints towards the company and that all she needed to do was refund my money. She looked me up and low and behold they had all my info. She said she made sure my account was deactivated, I am guessing my unsubscribing did not work. She said it was all taken care of and I would see a refund in 2 to4 business days. I will be watching for it and following up if not refunded or it accuses again.
