I purchased two free facial samples from acctsupport.com (Re Lift advanced and hydrellatone). According to the advert u only pay for postage of R79,00 and R78,00 to receive this free samples. Then two small amounts of R20,00 and R22,00 were deducted on my credit card after two days. On 22 January R1,042.00 and on the 24th January R1,006.00 were deducted. Again, on 4 February two amounts of R1,114,00 and R1098,00 followed. When i call them they say when i ordered the sample i automatically signed to their automatic membership and terms and conditions which states that after every two weeks they will charge me a full amount of the two products???? this terms and conditions did not appear anywhere when placing order for free sample. To date, i never received not even the free sample and over 4 thousand was deducted from my credit card without my consent. These people are scam and they refuse to reverse my money. I registered a dispute at my bank and hope they will assist.
