I have had 2 small amounts taken from my acct. Then today this company took $118.79! I did not authorise this, i dont know who this company is, and now i have to have my card cancelled and reissued, and to add insult to injury, i have to fill out forms to dispute this payment, and wait 4 to 6 weeks to get MY money back!!! FUMING! What makes me angry is that the payment is at authorisation only stage in my account, but because these bloody scammers have put it through like i have ordered something, my bank is refusing to stop the payment going through and putting me through the process of getting my damn money back!! Come on Banks! why are you making the cusotmer suffer! My card has been cancelled so how is this payment still going to be allowed to go through! Very upset and confused, no wonder these scammers get away with so much, the banks make it so easy for them!
