I made reservations and upgraded my reservations to a 2 bedroom suite around November 24, 2014.My husband lost his job and I canceled my reservations.I was told that the money had not been taken out of the account and they did not have to refund anything because no money had been taken out.After hearing nothing from this company on January 30,2015 they took 350.00 out of my account without permission. After talking with 2 different people they refuse to refund any money and said I need to come up with the proof that I cancelled my reservations.I am very upset and know I called there and cancelled.I am disputing the charges. I am writing this hoping no one else will go through this.
