International boundaries

I accepted an offer of free Garcinia and Vitaclaense bottles, from "PureBerry Max" with a one off postage payment for each product (as per Offer). The payments for postage were taken from my credit account on 27th Dec. and 28th Dec. 2014,which was the agreed amount for postage.

On the 24th Jan. 2015 there was an extra payment taken out of my card by "PureBerry Max Denver Co" I did not authorise this transaction!!

I tried to cancel the order and had to pay an extra $25.20 AUS on 26th Jan.

I tried to ring the company but keep being told by a recorded message that I have cancelled my account and am unable to speak to anyone in person to get my money back!

This is FRAUD and I would like this issue resolved ASAP!
