On Jan. 16, 2015,2:17 pm, called to cancel automatic shipment. Was noted by Josh, representative of Luxoderm, entered in the computer. Again, at 2:22 pm same day and spoke to Sierra, another rep. and was notified that the shipment was mailed and I told her that shouldn't be because it wasn't 60 days. Received package on Jan. 24, 2015 and was not home to receive it personally to reject it.Called on Jan 26th was noted "closed".
Called several times the following day to obtain Authorization for returning shipment. Heard click, then busy signal. I do not want this product for I am allergic to it. I also want to return the first shipment but was told I could not. I paid the first shipment but would like a refund. Please contact me as soon as possible. If I can't obtain an authorization, I will return it through USPS.
