My wife has not heard of this company at all. 2 small amounts were deducted in December and now a further 2 this month via her credit card. We were told by our bank that there are 2 options to deal with this - 1) cancel the credit card 2)inform the bank to flag the company to prevent further deductions. The possibillity of a a refund is basically zero. On the plus side, it can be reversed within 3 days after the deduction was made otherwise you need to battle with the SP.
How wrong is that? They must be stopped but how? They are abroad and we are basically helpless. We can only be vigilant by doing daily checks on our transactions.
