I ordered the Risk Free Trial for S$5 each, which totals S$20 (I ordered to boxes of Rejuvalash and another 2 boxes of Eye Serum). I got the parcel after 1 week. I was checking my account and noticed I was deducted S$208 on January 24th and another S$230 today, January 28th. I never saw any terms and conditions during the time I purchased it. I thought it would stop after getting my shipping fee. The bank cancelled my card to prevent further unauthorized deduction. I contacted the Rejuvalash Customer Service via email as there was no phone number indicated. They told me to send back the product to this address : Customer HandlingPostbus 62164000HE TIELNETHERLANDS = Rejuvalash

I went to DHL courier center but could not accept it as they said the postal code is incorrect. They said it should be 4 digits only. I have dropped numerous emails to Rejuvalash Customer support but until now they have not gotten back to me. I was robbed S$430, about US$350.I don't know how I could get my money back.
