After reading what appeared to be a host of authentic testimonials on a skincare product (on a reputable Australian News site), I Authorised $2 for a sample of product, which never arrived. Terms involved 14 day window for accepting or rejecting product (still not arrived) I called their Sydney (Australia) number, got put through to some barbie doll in the US who said she was so sorry my sample had not arrived and said that she had given me a further 14 days before any payments would be taken. Payment of $89 AU was debited that very day from my account. I called a second time to dispute this, but the supposedly 24 hour customer service number was no longer valid. 'The office is closed' was the recorded message. I have contacted my bank who are going to dispute and recover the amount. They suggested that I cancel my card and have it re-issued as well for safety. 1st and last time for me without checking this and similar sites first.
