Web Site is far better than service ordered Dec 29 2015 contacted them three times they said it would ship with in a day or two now Jan 25 2015 still no product and no shipping details phone number takes you to a mail box which is full and tells you to try latter looks like its time to file a claim with paypal and the BBB
