We contacted a man about buying a puppy. He texted me one morning replying to my call. He later called to discuss the details of the puppy. We agreed to send him the money for the puppy from Walmart's Money Gram and he agreed to put the puppy on the 7:50pm flight from Massachusettes to Norfolk. At 7:00pm he texted me saying there was an extra $200 fee to ship it to Norfolk. After trying to call him several times for the next 3 hours we got no return call or text. Now we are out of $300 and no puppy.
