I ordered a trial product from these people on 6 December 2014. Never received anything. Contact them and they extended the trial. On the 22 January 2015, the trial period ended (without any product being received) and I was charged the full amount. When I cancelled the subscription and asked for refund I was told that it was outside of the trial period and therefore I was ineligible for a refund. I am now out of pocket and have never received any products from these people. I don't know how you can be ineligible for a refund on a product that you have never received.
