I made an order for a blackberry 9900 sold at a discount for £179 at half the price, for a Christmas present to take along on my holiday to a brother in Africa, but the item never arrived and until today. 23/01/2015 it never arrived. I tried to make several complaint via email while l was abroad as my brother doubted if l did make the purchase it at all. When l arrived back in the country l tried to chase it up again, but they doubted me. When l threatened to take legal action. I was informed that an investigation will be made & within. 24 hours l will be informed about the outcome which they never did. It was later when retirated my threat that they sent me a mail that my money has been refunded which l am yet to receive. But they never apologied or gave an explanation or considered to compensate me for the trouble & stress they put me through & making me feel like a lair before my brother /family.
