I have a signed promissory note from Allan Mooney for money loaned to him from 06/2013 through 11/2014 for various debts including but not limited to website domain purchases, website creation,rent, cell phone bills, and driver's license reinstatement fees and fines. Allan made a few payements in the beginning of our agreement in order to keep borrowing money but since 8/2014 I have not recieved one penny from him. He has since moved from his place of residence (formerly Market Blvd, Chanhassen) disconnected his phone number and will not respond to emails I have sent him. I have also tried emailing his father as well as his son's mother to make contact with Allan. Allan has spotty employment history and likes to create entrepenurial ventures as long as someone else is financing them. During my experience with Allan he tried launching a website (EconomyNews.com), becoming a licensed personal trainer and creating a site dedicated to fitness (boxercising.com) and also tried to recruit disabled people to file law suits against small businesses for accessibility violations.
I would advise that no one enter a business or financial relationship with Allan as he was not honest or forthright with me from the beginning of our business relationship. He has not made any attempt to answer my requests for communication or more importantly make good on his outstanding debts.
