I ordered for a free trial on 4th of December which should only cost 4.95 pounds. Later on the 18th of December, the company debited 89.95 off my account. I did not take immediate action as I thought I spent 89 pounds somewhere else.Now there have been three payments of 89.95 pounds appearing on my account, I have received two bottles so I suspect that the third one is on its way. I have called their customer service but they don't seem to be responding. I have also emailed their customer service team but it's very unlikely that I could get the money back. This is a complete scam and I urge all other customers not to buy products from their website. I wonder how can this company continue doing this with this many complaints?
