I ordered Idol Lash online and I only ordered one tube. Then they sent another one on 11-14-2014 and another one on 12-01-2014. I had never ordered the last two that they sent me. The product was not working, it appeared to be only water. I had a difficult time finding a phone # for the company and they only answered one time when I called. The told me to return the product and they would refund my money -- they have never refunded my money. Now their phone goes straight to voicemail and then it says the voicemail is full and cannot leave a message.
