Paid for and downloaded what was claimed to be Canon PIXMA PRO-100 manual. There is no mention whatsoever of that printer in the entire manual and what information there is, pertains to software a purchaser most likely does not have or use. The manual also is directed only to PC Windows programs. Useless for Mac users. Completely a fraudulent sale.
