Ordered sample for ten dollars and was unknowingly subscribed and charged 180 dollars for products which I never wanted and I never gave consent for.
I called Leor and they were extremely unhelpful and dishonest, saying that they had sent me information letting me know that I was being signed up to a regular charge to my account (which I never received, of course).
We came to an agreement where I was refunded half the amount on the grounds that I must write them an email stating I will never peruse the rest of my money.
I have spoken to my bank who advised me to cancel my credit card, which I did. They said that Leor are operating in a very deceiptful manner, but they know how to get through the loopholes of the law.
Get your skincare from someone else who is more honest and ethical in the way they treat their customers.
