I have attempted to cancel the auto-shipment program automatically set up by dermaktive.com and received a failure to send notice twice. I sent the email to the email address listed and the email came back twice. It appears the company set up the 14 day trial before the product was ever shipped. I ordered the product on 1/2/2015 at which time the 14 day trial became effective. I did not receive the product until 1/16/2015 which would have been the 14th day. The hours to contact the company are limited and when I tried to call they were already closed on Friday 1/16/2015. I did respond to a different web site via email to try to cancel the auto-shipment and that address so far is okay but it is not the one listed for support.
