Today I applied for a visa waiver to travel from UK to USA however it now seems that I have been duped into using a site which led me to paying £92.42 when I think the cost should have been a fraction of that.
Is it possible to do anything about this?
They have sent a "certificate" but I am concerned as to whether it is what I need - have you any experience of that or advice on how I could check up please?
