I ordered the free trial of Keranigue, after placing my order and giving my credit card information for the shipping costs I was transferred to apparently a third party sales team member. They offered me a savings credit card and a gas card for $100 etc, and I agreed (mistakenly) to this offer. I did not received any information that was supposed to come along with my ordered package and still has not arrived.

I was then charged by two other companies $1.00 to which I absolutely did not authorize. When I called those companies I ask them what this charge was for and they told me another savings card story to which I said I did not authorize this transaction and I believe you have bought my information from another company. I asked them to cancel my account/membership and refund my $1.00. After listening to then try to keep me as a customer I said no and I want a refund, they eventually agreed and said it would reflect in 3-7 business days, we will see.

When I tried to contact this Savings Insider I got a major run around. The first number, the one on my bank statement (888-803-3219) was automated in Spanish with no options to change to English or any prompt to contact an operator, it just automatically hangs up after it runs through the statement. The second number I got (177-488-9480) was non-existent. The third number I tried (800-525-4848) prompts to another company (automated) selling another savings card and if you don't respond positively to that they tell you you won a free cruise to the Bahamas. So I played and got in touch right away with a representative selling me a cruise. I stopped them right away and asked them how to get a hold of this Savings insider, they had never heard of it before.

I called the number for Keranigue (888-237-4131) to find out who it is and what their number is on three occasions and they gave me these phone numbers. I looked them up on line and went to a website to try to contact them and wrote them an email which was immediately returned due to it being a non-existent address. I obtained two other numbers for this company (800-712-3000, 888-652-3336), via Keranique which one was for Land Rover and the other was another savings card offer.

I know it's only a dollar but the fact that they sent my information to two other companies and I have not received anything from them let alone no way to get a hold of ANYONE from this company to cancel my account/membership!

I did see that there is a previous complaint on this company to which that person had a much worst experience and I thank you for sharing it. If anyone knows about this company or has any information on how to get through to them please let me know because I would love to call them up!
