I ordered flowers (order #42228) to be delivered 1/10/15. I ordered 2 sprays of roses, A spray of pink and a spray of lavender. It was to include lavender fillers in a lavender cup and saucer. The flowers were not delivered on 1/10 and neither I or the recipient received a phone call. I sent them an e-mail with no response. On 1/12/15 at the close of day (4:30pm)some flowers were delivered. 6 little roses with some baby's breath...and and ugly cup and saucer that I never would have ordered. I emailed them again on Monday and did not receive an email until Tuesday. They offered me 15% back, which is unacceptable to me. Flowers were 2 days late and not what I ordered. Their website says they are local and have huge loyal following "in the community" They are not local! In reading other complaints on-line this company appears to be a scam and should be stopped from ripping people off!
