I called to get troubleshooting info was hung up on twice then spoke with a girl bY the name Amanda whom was not knowable on how to assist me with info needed she keep repeating her self over and apologizing puting me on hold after 7 min on hold she disconnected call. I called right back waited 5 mins prior to her picking up the phone take all the previous info taken ( my phone number and name) said she would get a supervisor. After being on hold for 25 mins now I'm sending you this complaint. I will now contact consumers report hot line for inadequate companies. My voice will be heard!
