Paid 58.00 for 3 women's tops in November. Finally received the items mid December only to open a package with items not matching the description at all. Looks as if made from used material with threads falling out and even using the size chart on the website these tops would not fit a child. Maybe 2.00 dollars of used material. I paid with paypal so after filing a dispute with paypal I was told to get a refund I must pay to ship them back. I shipped the next day and provided paypal the tracking I formation but 2 weeks later paypal sent them the money because they said they never received the otems back. Rosewholesale has learned that USPS cant track items to China so if they say they never got the item back they side with them and we lose not only the purchase price but also the cost to return.
the conpany offered me 10.00 and to lsos me just to guve the tops away as a gift to somebody that could wear them.
I would not dare give this junk to anyone. That would be embarrassing to give this terrible junk to a friend.
this is a complete scam along with all the co companies they do business as. They are ghost when it comes time to contact in anyway. SAVE YOU MONEY AND DONT BY ANY CHINESE CLOTHS FROM INTERNET. By American and get what you pay for.
