I ordered free samlpe of creams for £4,95 you have taken money from my account for £89 and £95 i would like my money back what you have stolen.I did not authorise this amount to be taken from my account i have just received a parcel from you i did not order i assume you will be trying to take another £195 nice work if you can get it stealing hard earned money i have spoken to my bank today and will be returning this package you send yesterday.
