Placed order December 9, 2014 for pandora bracelet and charms. Money was taken from my credit card and to date no merchandise has been received. January 9, 2015 I notified Points and Sand Network that I wanted a refund immediately as no merchandise had been received. Received reply from Points and Sand Network within a few minutes to be patient as merchandise will be shipped. The first response I received was in Chinese. I had to translate into English just to read that their mailbox was full. This company was said to be a third party biller for buyeasilymall.com. When I check that site it is for lighting products. I don't have any confidence that I will receive my refund as requested. Please help.
